TRANSFER OF ECO-FRIENDLY AGRO SOLUTIONS TECHNOLOGIES IN NIGERIA – OUR COMMITMENT TO WASTE MANAGEMENT
INTERNATIONAL PROGRAM FOR SOCIAL SUSTAINABLE
DEVELOPMENT OF AFRICAN COUNTRIES AND CREATION OF A BETTER LIVING ENVIRONMENT FOR THE LOCAL POPULATION – OUR CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSABILITY

Pilot Project: Social Sustainable Eco-friendly Agribusiness complex “UDOM AQUAPOLIS”, located in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria

The concept is intended to develop a Sustainable Social environment in the African countries with better living conditions for the local population through creation of livelihood and jobs.
The Idea is to start with an Agribusiness complex, situated in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria
as a Pilot Project and later implement it in other African and Asian countries.

The Aquapolis project is a huge Social Sustainable Concept of fish and/ or
shrimps farming with a minimum of 1000 hectares of land near the sea. Here we
have added a mega-dairy farm project to share in the man-power and equipment
under one umbrella. A complex totally integrated with a processing plant, indoor
grow out pond, hatchery, feed mill, cold storage, school, clinics, social facilities,
milking parlour, cow barnes and packaging facility. Ability to impact at least
few thousand families socially and economically. Impacting villagers by
transferring skill to them, encouraging them to set up businesses to support our
farm like car rental, truck rental, food supply and rubbish collection. TURN-KEY
COST of the project is $110m (divided into three parts for 2 years development).

University of Akwa Ibom State ( https://www.aksu360.com/2018/10/jairus-agro-solutions-visits-akwa-ibom.html?m=0 ), Nigeria and the Nigerian subsidiary of the USA company JAIRUS Agro Solutions Ltd http://jairusagro.com/ (former Tidal Power solutions), currently the local manager of the project.

The General Concept for the program is created by the JAIRUS Agro Solutions Ltd http://jairusagro.com , the Government and University of Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria in a partnership with the company ROSLEY SWISS GLOBAL, based in Bad Zurzach, Switzerland, which has 10 years’ experience at the Swiss and international markets.
It is an integral part of “RJ Swiss Global Construction & Engineering”, International
Business Group owned by Mrs. Rosalia Leykauf and Mr. Justice Dorsey. The group
has presence in 5 different countries, doing business as experienced Business
Consultant, Equipment Supplier Project Manager in a wide range of industry
branches.

For processed fish and tanned fish skin projects, as part of this program, ROSLEY SWISS GLOBAL in together work with their subsidiary office in Ghana is an Author, General Manager, Coordinator, Export Director.

PROJECT MODEL

We are using an indoor system known as Recirculating Aquaculture System
(RAS) to exploit the wealth of opportunities in tilapia and exporting 65 per cent
processed whole IEQ freeze 800+ to West-African countries, 10 per cent to
Europe and also exporting 70 per cent of the daily 75,000 liters of Fresh milk to West-African countries
and 25 percent in Nigeria to promote intra-African trade and reduce import.
Also a very important idea is to use the local gas available at the place via gas
Power Station in order to cover needs for electricity consumer of the complex. Diary Farm complex with complete Infrastructure including stables, complete inventory milk parlour infrastructure, food storage, including feeding equipment, State-of-the-Art Stand Alone Cow Monitoring, with Neck Collars, AfiLabTM – Vital
Knowhow in Every Drop, milk processing plant to process milk for delivery to
Friesland Campina WAMCO Nigeria Plc, Ivory Coast and their counterpart in
Ghana, for constant and daily supply of fresh milk delivery.

PROJECT STRUCTURE

The Aquapolis project consists of a range of subprojects CLOSE INTEGRATED IN THE WHOLE CONCEPT as follows:

  • Production of Tilapia Fish
  • Aqua &poultry feed mill
  • Fish processing
  • Tanning of fish skin
  • Gas power station
  • This part of the project was developed in a partnership of a big German producer of combustion machines.

  • Business Partnership Concept

    Because of the entering of new investors, the initial Nigerian-Ghanaian Company Tidal AGRO Solutions changed its name to Jairus AGRO Solutions Ltd and it is the juridical SUCCESSOR of it. All equipment suppliers
    will be integrated in new company, special established for the purposes of the project.
